I truly believe that there’s a reason for everything. There is a reason why we joined JCI and why we continue to serve. Whether it’s the people we’ve met, the lessons we’ve learned, or the impact we’ve made, every step of this journey will pave the way for us.

For 77 years, JCI Davao has been more than an organization – it has been a home for different individuals. A home where friendships are built, brotherhood is fostered, leadership is cultivated, and communities are transformed. As we celebrate this milestone year, we are again called to continue to take on this rewarding challenge.

This year, we boldly embrace our theme: ALL IN 77: SERVING ABOVE AND BEYOND. Being ALL IN means committing ourselves fully – showing up, stepping up, and making the most out of every opportunity given to us. To SERVE ABOVE AND BEYOND is to go beyond what is expected. It is about taking initiative, stepping up when it matters most, and making an impact that inspires others to do the same.

To my JCI Davao brothers, this 77th year, we grow together as one in service. Whether through leadership roles, impactful projects, or simple yet meaningful acts of kindness, all of our efforts matter. Each of us has a role to play in shaping the future of JCI Davao, and it starts with the willingness to be the best in everything we do.
