GEMS (Giving Empowerment to Members) is JCI Davao’s internal leadership training program designed to equip members with the tools, mindset, and experience they need to lead—not just within JCI, but in their careers and communities.
The program focuses on core leadership competencies including public speaking, project management, strategic thinking, and team collaboration. Through immersive training sessions and real-life opportunities to lead, GEMS turns potential into performance.
What sets GEMS apart is its emphasis on empowerment through action—participants aren’t just taught leadership; they live it. Many GEMS alumni have gone on to serve as JCI Davao officers, national appointees, and even changemakers in their professional fields.
Equip members with practical leadership skills that prepare them to step into roles of responsibility within and beyond JCI.
Provide real-time leadership opportunities that reinforce learning and foster personal growth.
