Kamp Pag-asa strives to advocate for the social needs of young people with disabilities. The event highlights how children with disabilities may realize their full potentials, talents, and skills through brotherhood and togetherness.
Kamp Pag-asa, a longstanding outreach program, is a service dedicated to the social needs of differently-abled individuals. With a strong focus on advocating awareness in Davao City, the program not only uplifts the lives of its beneficiaries but also fosters a sense of brotherhood and volunteerism among JCI members and like-minded groups.
Established in 1999 and now on its remarkable thirteenth year underway, this initiative has successfully raised awareness of acceptance of our fellow differently-abled individuals. Volunteers play a vital role in bringing the program’s initiatives to life, dedicating their time, skills, and passion to make a positive difference. By engaging in activities such as mentorship, educational workshops, recreational outings, and community events, these volunteers actively contribute to the betterment of society and the empowerment of differently-abled individuals. Through their selfless acts, they inspire others to take action and become active participants in creating a more inclusive and compassionate world.
